HELLO

I am starting this blog to share the handmade items I make for fun and to sell.  I spent quite a few years making dolls and other sewn items, all the while neglecting my first love--embroidery and needlework.   Recently, I picked up my needle and floss all the while wondering why I ever gave it up. I am still sewing dolls and other items and will be posting my progress, warts and all, here on this blog.  I am hoping this will give me the much needed motivation to pay more attention to the skills I have and to expand them into some unknown (but interesting) territory.  This blogging is all new to me so please have patience while I work out all the kinks.
